Avoid Excess Moisture

Wood is a natural material and prolonged exposure to water may affect its finish.

Please avoid:

• Soaking the tray in water
  

• Leaving wet utensils or containers for extended periods
  Using the tray in excessively humid environments
  

Do Not Use Harsh Chemicals
Avoid:

• Abrasive scrubbers
  

• Bleach or strong detergents
  

• Alcohol-based cleaners

These may damage the polish and natural wood texture.

Keep Away from Direct Heat & Sunlight

Continuous exposure to:

• Direct sunlight
  

• Hot cookware
  

• Open flames
  

• Excessive heat
  

These may cause fading, warping, or cracks over time.

We recommend using coasters or mats for very hot items.

Handling & Storage

• Store in a dry and well-ventilated area
  

• Avoid stacking heavy objects on the tray
  

• Handle carved and handcrafted details carefully
  

• Lift the tray properly using both handles whenever possible
